March 25th 2010 - Inflatables USA is pleased and proud to announce the signing of an Exclusive Distribution Rights Agreement with Texas based Company Trampolines USA for sales of PonyHops for the United States Territory. Trampolines USA has been a long term PonyHops Distribution Partner centrally located in the U.S. with fast 2-3 Delivery Schedules to all areas of the U.S. Trampolines USA will take full control of all U.S. PonyHop Sales, Pricing and Affiliate Marketing. The newest PonyHop Production will be available for sale by Trampolines USA on or before May 20th 2010.
Each Exclusive Distributor has total control over their Country Sales, Pricing, Discounts, Affiliate marketing, Resellers...etc. The E-Distributor sets up their controls and methods, Inflatables USA only controls production since we own the design copyright. We will be also coming out with a TrainHop which will automatically be added to the E-Distributorship...pictures below...It will come in only one size for kids and so the inventory investment will be for the single size instead of 3 sizes like the PonyHops. Any new Item we design and produce, that could create significant sales numbers will be automatically available for the Exclusive Distributorship, it would be a matter of purchasing the minimal inventory to begin sales.

We introduced PonyHops into the rental market 4 years ago for testing and evaluation. They are our most successful product design. We are primarily a design and production company for Corporate America Advertising & Promotions companies. We limit sales of product designs to the natural process of our website...we feel sales pros can expand the market with a more focused and energetic application than what we do with just our website....
There is a demand for PonyHops in Canada, Australia & Europe, but the Export-Import costs of an individual order adds $295-$345 to each box of PonyHops, which obviously restricts sales volume. Having the PonyHops Bulk stocked and Distributed in the country where it is sold would eliminate the additional import & shipping costs and promote a significantly higher sales volume.
Required order... 300-boxes of PonyHops (100-boxes of each size) $65,600
However....
50% down($32,800) deliver's 150-boxes (50 boxes of each size) within 60-75 days.
This allows us to deliver half of the PonyHops shipment so the Exclusvie Distributor can start selling product, generate revenues/profits and accumulate funds without having to fund the entire order at one time.
We hold the remaining 150-boxes ready for shipment upon payment of balance when the Distributor is ready to receive them.
Bulk Shipping of the PonyHops to the Exclusive Distributor's nearest truck or seaport terminal is included in the price.. Storage is 4 standard pallets about 6-7ft High...occupying an approximate total of 48sqft. of floor space.
Innventory turns over 3-4 times each year.
Within one day of receiving a shipment, typically 25% of inventory is shipped as a result of presold orders.
Another 25% of inventory is Sold & Shipped within the next 10 days.
An Additional 25% of inventory is Sold & Shipped within 30 Days
And the remaining 25% of inventory is Sold & Shipped with 60-90 days.
PonyHops sell themselves as well designed and fun products usually do.
